Information supplied through the form
The enquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Your telephone number and site postcode are optional. Enquiry details are used to understand your requirements, respond to your message and maintain related correspondence.
Keep your message to a short description of the work. Do not submit passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records, confidential client files or full financial statements.
How an enquiry is processed
Cloudflare Pages serves the website and proxies the form request. Google Cloud hosts the form service. SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email to the existing private recipient. Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling, and Google Workspace handles email correspondence.
This processing route supports handling your enquiry and communicating with you about it.
Website delivery and technical data
Cloudflare processes information associated with interactions with customer websites. Depending on the service involved, this may include IP addresses, traffic routing, system configuration information and other traffic data. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) explains its processing roles, including processing content on customer instructions where it acts as a processor.
Web Analytics and fonts
Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured at the hosting level for fireprotectionserviceslondon.co.uk, using an existing automatic-install setting. No additional analytics scripts have been added in the website template code. The hosting-level configuration is separate from scripts added to that template.
Cloudflare’s Web Analytics documentation (developers.cloudflare.com) describes automatic beacon installation for configured domains. The new template adds no advertising or marketing-cookie scripts. Fonts are served from self-hosted files.
Your rights and privacy questions
Depending on the circumstances and applicable conditions, you may request information about processing, a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure or restriction. You may also have a right to object, depending on the basis for processing. Rights are subject to conditions and exemptions.
The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK authority for information rights and data-protection oversight, explains these conditions in its data protection rights guidance (ico.org.uk).
Use our contact form for privacy questions or a request concerning your information. Provide enough detail to identify the relevant enquiry without including sensitive records.
